Living On ThEdge’s
company ethos

Living On ThEdge, LLC believes that thoughtful spaces are built through listening first and designing second. Every project begins with understanding how a space is used, how it should function, and what it needs to support.

The company values intentional design, meaningful collaboration, and solutions tailored to the individual or business rather than trends. Drawing inspiration from the principles of Feng Shui, Living On ThEdge, LLC considers how the design of a space can influence comfort, functionality, productivity, and overall experience. Through relationships with trusted trade partners, home furnishings brands, and artisans, the company curates environments that balance beauty, craftsmanship, and purpose while remaining deeply connected to the needs of those who use them.

Your Space. Your Journey. Thoughtfully Designed.

Meet the Founder

Living On ThEdge, LLC was born from one simple belief: the spaces we inhabit influence how we live, work, heal and grow. Founder and Interior Designer Marie Judith Joseph (respectfully “Judith” or “Marie Judith”) continues to bring that philosophy to life through intentional design.

Through her signature blend of interior design, Feng Shui principles, boutique staging (commercial, residential) and Aging in Place expertise, she creates beautiful spaces that are purposeful and timeless. Her work is guided by a design framework centered on the relationship between people and space — how thoughtful design can support clarity, comfort, functionality, and well-being - whether at home or within business environments.

A graduate of Hunter College in New York City, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Judith is based in Edgewater, New Jersey, and is also a New Jersey REALTOR® with Epique Realty, bringing a thoughtful understanding of both design and real estate to every client relationship.

Feng Shui-Informed Design

Feng Shui principles are thoughtfully integrated throughout the design process, supporting spaces that feel balanced, functional, and aligned with the needs of the people who live and work within them.

Central to many Feng Shui practices is the Five Elements Theory: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Together, these elements help evaluate balance within a space and inform design choices that support function, comfort and well-being.
